4.0 out of 5 stars Kind of the Dead, November 17, 2004

This review is from: Disney / Pixar CARS Movie Exclusive 155 Die Cast Car with Synthetic Rubber Ti... (Toy)
A nice toy. Since it was out of stock here, I bought mine from Wal-mart. There are a few problems with it, however. The leg joints are kind of flimsy and the cloak doesn't hang right. Minor design flaws that can be overlooked. On my particular figure, the sword doesn't fit in the scabbard. It appears to be blocked by a bit of plastic shaving. Easily fixed, and I don't think all of the figures are like this.

On the up-side, the glow-in-the-dark feature is really nice and well done. He doesn't just glow a little, he's like a mini disaster flood becon. Also, with his left hand being open, the King of the Dead can preform a very nice two-handed sword pose. Definitely a plus. His cloak and under robe come off, so you can strip him down to his bare armor if you like. Not to mention that most of the moving part are made of a rubber material so that less breakage is possible.

Overall a great toy. I would buy it...

I got this toy a while ago and its awsome i really like lord of the rings the experssion on the ghosts kings face is very creepy and can glow in the dark.

The weapons are a sword and it has a crown and a cape and he also has a sword holder. It is very good size to.

I reccomand this to everyone who loves ghosts and lord of the rings.

5.0 out of 5 stars I see a King of the Dead!, January 6, 2005

This toy is so cool. He glows in the dark, he has his cloak and helmet, and he has a sword! He stands on my shelf in my room and glows SO brightly! His cape kinda look weird when you raise his arm, but still VERY cool. I also have Aragorn and Legolas so the trio "hang out" together. His face is very realistic and looks spooky. His sword doesn't really fit in his scabbard but it usually have him hold it anyways. If anyone wants to talk some more about LOTR, then my address is:

A must have toy in conclusion!
