This is the newest Disney Princess game.It is the only D.P Game that is availabe for consoles.Overall the game is good be 5 differant princesses, and there are three levels for each princess.Overall it is pretty easy but your 6 year old will have a good, fun time playing it. It would have been better if they let the player choose more difficulty levels. My 5 1/2 yr old finished the game in like 5 days.

My daughter is 5 and she has finished the game and is playing it again. She loves becoming a princess and it's very easy for her to play on her own. I would recommend this to any mother who has a daughter dreaming of being a princess.

My daughter (5) loves this game and has played it over and over and over.....
The game lasts more than 20 minutes unlike most games out there for this age. The cool part is get the secret codes and change to the "golden" dress and different wands. And, lets not forget the secret to Belles adventure (which isn't that great but exciting for a 5 year old).

I gave this to my 21 yr old sister for Christmas since her boyfriend has lots of sports games that she sits and watches him play, bored to tears! She LOVES Disney Princesses and said this game is so fun to play, she changes the gowns and jewelry and makes her feel about 7 yrs old again. She said it's really fun.

Cool game for those who love the disney princesses. More so of a kids game, but still a little fun to play.

Was exactly what I was expecting and more! Original packaging, still had the registration card inside. I consider this a very successful purchase. My girls are enjoying it immensely! Thank you!

Ok, I must admit to being a bit of a girly girl when I say that I love this game. But it's with good reason! The story is good (I mean, really. What little girl hasn't dreamed of meeting/helping the disney princesses?), the graphics, while not amazing, are pretty enough so that it's not a huge distraction, the music is beautiful and match their respective areas, the gameplay is easy to understand, and you get to customize your character! That's, like, AWESOME~
But now to the cons. It is easy, but maybe a bit TOO easy. If they had added difficulty levels, that would have made this game all the better. Also, the area that you get once you beat the game (the area with Belle from Beauty and the Beast), there's only 1 thing you can do, which is play "stay away." Really, all you do is run around in circles until your time runs up. It's VERY unrewarding. If they had thought up more mini-games for the areas, that would have made it better as well. With the addition of more mini-games/fighting/story (maybe?), it would have made this game longer. I happen to HATE long games, but Enchanted Journey felt too short for its own good. Overall, Enchanted Journey, though it lacks a few things, is an awesome game for little girls and big girls alike. Well, at least for big girls that like games that don't last for months and are cute. It's kinda like a little girl version of Kingdom hearts! You don't need to be 5 to like this game :D

My daughter is about to be 4 and she loves video games but even this was a little confusing for her. She enjoys playing it every now and then but she has to ask for help sometimes. Might be better for older kids...

We've tried out a few kids games for the PS2 so far and I'm finding they are all short, about 2 hours long. Not that I'm trying to turn my girl into a game junkie, I'd just like a bit more for my money.
Good things: It's the Princesses. It's not really scary. Nobody really gets hurt. Even the Bogs turn back into butterflies after you smack them around. There are some puzzle like elements that take some thought, and listening to the instructions is key. My girl loves designing characters. Bad things: the control interface seems a bit mushy and loose. In tight spots, this was a bit annoying. The bonus round is kind of lame. The extras are lame, too. Changing wands or to the gold dress? Big whoop, you get those anyway when you finish the game. And it's short. Oh and what's with the gem counter topping out at 999 long before the end of the game? Rip off. Other than that, my girl is loving it and probably will continue to love it long after I have wished it to Perdition. Isn't that the definition of a successful children's game?

I bought this for my daughter's 5th birthday. She loves it! It's easy enough that she is able to understand what she needs to do but it's also fun enough that my 7 year old SON likes to play it with her! They love that they can create & play as their own princess. I love that it is 1-2 player. I would recommend this for ANY little girl who loves princesses!
