Disney the Princess and the Frog Prince Naveen Doll -- 11''

My two little girls loved this doll. But within a week the leg just snapped off. We have other Disney dolls -- and have never had this problem. In other words, we've had dolls legs snap off before (twice), but have always been able to snap them back on. The Naveen doll's leg broke clean off. Still, I thought maybe my daughters were too hard on it, until I went looking for a replacement and saw the other review saying the same thing happened to them. The doll is obviously defective. Too bad. I paid $16.95 for it on-line through Disney. How do I return this defective doll for my money back?

My daughter got this for her 5th birthday. She played with it for all of five minutes when the right leg snapped off. I was with her when she was playing with it, and I saw nothing she did that should have resulted in it snapping off. We got the Tiana doll, too, so hopefully we won't have a repeat.

We bought this toy for my daughter for her 4th Birthday which was April 3, 2010. Today is April 18th and his left leg is completely broken off. We have 2 or 3 other Ken Barbies, and their legs are still intact. I did not see if excessive force was used to break the leg however. Her cousin(boy) was over and playing with it- so who really knows what happened. My daugter claims he broke it. Anyone else have this happen? ( I'm not sure if the toy is at fault or my nefew.)

I bought this toy for my daughter at Christmas and have not had any problems with it. As long as you know the material is thin as with some other dolls, it is not difficult removing from the box. My daughter likes playing with him since every girl doll needs a guy doll.

The way the doll is attached to the box ruins it. I returned him and bought the wedding set which is much better. His cape is made out of such thin material that it makes holes in it when you remove him from the box. And the flower on the cape fell off after three minutes of play. Skip this guy.
