Our daughter absolutely loves her princess vanity. The holes for the screws were not all aligned, so that made it a little difficult to set up for her, but we worked it out. It is sturdy and seems durable. It can be loud, so if the 'princess' you are buying it for happens to share a room with a little one that takes naps during the day, do not put it in the bedroom. :) The pieces (hand mirror, plastic lipstick, perfume bottle, lotion, etc) come out (which is what causes it to 'talk'), so make sure you impress upon your young princess she is to put back the pieces when she is done.

I bought this for christmas last year, One year later my daughter still enjoy playing with it. Very strong plastic and good looking.

The vanity did not come with ANY of the screws to put it together!!!!! I had to hunt and find screws to put it together. Also, the princesses in the mirror do not show up very well at all!
