Our daughter absolutely loves her princess vanity. The holes for the screws were not all aligned, so that made it a little difficult to set up for her, but we worked it out. It is sturdy and seems durable. It can be loud, so if the 'princess' you are buying it for happens to share a room with a little one that takes naps during the day, do not put it in the bedroom. :) The pieces (hand mirror, plastic lipstick, perfume bottle, lotion, etc) come out (which is what causes it to 'talk'), so make sure you impress upon your young princess she is to put back the pieces when she is done.

I bought this for christmas last year, One year later my daughter still enjoy playing with it. Very strong plastic and good looking.

The vanity did not come with ANY of the screws to put it together!!!!! I had to hunt and find screws to put it together. Also, the princesses in the mirror do not show up very well at all!

Finished putting together this for my daughter this evening, but it was quite a shock to see the instructions point to the use of screws but none were included. It was only sheer luck I had almost the perfect size for the job. Beware buyers, not sure if this is a defect of some kind but assembly requires about 12 - 1/2" screws that are NOT included. Good luck.

I returned this product on December 20th and still have not gotten a refund fron Disney. They requested a copy of the UPS receipt which I faxed and they said I would hear about reinbursement. I still have not heasrd anything from them.Don't purchase this product the company is impossible to deal with. This is the fifth time I have contacted them.

Purchased for a friend's daughter who spends hours playing with this vanity (or at least she has the first week of having it). She mimics her mother and creates uses of her own as well. Loves "having her nails done". Wasn't sure it was going to be worth the money, but seeing the smile on her face when she's using it makes it worth the price and more. Fairly sturdy item too!

My 3 yr old daughter got this for Christmas. She loves it! It is great that it interacts with the child and tells her which beauty product to select. When the correct item is chosen, the mirror lights up with sounds and the princesses can be seen in the mirror. She loves sitting on the stool and putting on her "makeup". Great for listening and following directions. We were not disappointed in this toy!
