This watch looks great; however, it arrived with a dead battery. Not that big of a deal, I thought, although of course, I prefered it to be in working order upon arrival. I took it to wal-mart to replace the battery. They told me it could not be replaced because the back of the face was not able to be removed. Thinking they were just ignorant, I took it to Radio Shack who said the same thing. I'm thinking that there's no way a watch could be sold with no battery replacement, so I took it to a jeweler....who said the same thing. Apparently, there is no lip, so the cover cannot be removed. I contacted the seller who never responded to my emails, and finally contacted Amazon to receive a refund.
