This is the second Disney 4-in-1 Audio Storybook I purchased for my two kids (first being "The Lion King, the Little Mermaid, Toy Story, Aladdin"). We absolutely love both these books! All the four stories have beautiful illustrations and the print is large and easy to read. The audio CD is fun to listen to, with lots of animations. The pages are of great quality that should suit kids'"rough"handling of the book and page turning.

I bought this set for my four year old daughter. She loves the indepence of "reading" on her own. We sat her down with this and when she came out of the room bored I thought it strange. She loves the princesses, I sat down with her to listen and turn pages and realized it doesn't chime when to turn the page. Then I thought, what's the point, I may as well be reading to her. So the cd will go away until she starts to read for herself. We were disappointed.

I bought this book and 2 other books similar to it for my 4 yr old daughter. At first I would read it to her along with the CD using my finger as a guide for her to see. Now, she enjoys sitting alone and follow the stories herself. It's true that there is no chime to indicate "Next Page", but if you read along with the CD while your child listens and looks at the pictures, they will learn when to turn the page. I have bought many of these books as birthday gifts for her pre-school friends. These books have been a big hit. There are 3 different books (4 complete stories in each): One book has Cinderella/Little Mermaid/Beauty and the Beast/Snow White Stories; another has Aladdin/Toy Story/Lion King/Little Mermaid; and the third book has Dumbo/Lion King/101 Dalmations/Bambi. All are great but the Princess book has been the biggest hit. These books are wonderful and the price on Amazon.com is fantastic. Enjoy!

I work in dayare- 4 & 5 year olds love this book. Book is well made & CD plays well.

I bought this CD storybook in Beijing. It's much more expensive than how much I expected it would be. But the cover of this book is very beautiful, it's good-designed. It's very easy to attract children's eyes, and easier to attract the eyes of teenagers who have a kid's heart just like me!
When I started this book, I felt the stories were familiar to me. The Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast were my favourite stories. The pictures in this book were so beautiful, the words and phrase were easy to read, this was fit for little kids and English beginners. There was a read-along CD with this book, it was very useful to me. To little kids, this CD with read-along stories and dramatic music can give them the feeling that they are one of the characters in the stories. But to me, it's a good material of learning English.
I read this book and other English books every morning from the day I bought this book. When I saw a new word, I wrote it down on my note book, and read it as many times as possible. Then I listen to the CD and read-along with the voice in my book. I loved English when I was a child, but the English books I used were tedious. Now I can improve my English with a Disney Princess CD Storybook, my spoken-English and reading-English have been improve much now!
If there are little kids and English beginners in your family, this book will be the best present to them, and they will love it and feel it very interesting and useful.

I ordered a cd story book and it said includes cd but recieved NO cd. The book is no good to me this way.

I made a huge mistake when I purchased it because we already have the same audio book at home. I didnt realize it is the same because the names of the stories are different and front page different but in reality it is the same to two major exceptions.
if you look at back of this audio book, you see suggested retail price of 15USD so how come I paid 28USD is a mistery, second is that this CD has the narrator being one female not even so good voice while the one we have at home has actual characters talk which make it a lot more authentic

What I like about this is that you get 4 complete stories in one book. They are read in a pleasant voice and stick very closely to the Disney movies. My girls love all the movies and also love these stories.

What I do not like is that there is no chime to tell you to turn the page. This makes it harder since none of my girls can actually read yet. They just have to guess at when to turn if they are using this independently, which they often want to do. I still think it is worth the purchase price, but a chime would greatly improve the experience and get this my 5 star rating.

The book was in real good shape, however the CD only worked for a few minutes then it starting skipping. I realized when I bought it that the CD may not be good since it was used.

My almost 4 year old daughter listens to this all the time during rest time. I like it so much I have bought some for gifts and have looked into others in the series.
