4.0 out of 5 stars a little princess's dream
My daughter got this fot her 4th birthday (along with a couple other priness items) and this is one of her favorites. She loves how the skirt and shoes light up and Cinderella is always going for a ride in the coach with Sleeping Beauty.

2.0 out of 5 stars Ho hum
My 4 year old daughter is a huge princess fan, and loves Cinderella. So when we got the full size carriage, we got the Twinkle Lights Cinderella Doll too. But she's not very popular with my daughter, because you can't change her clothes. Since her dress is wired to light up and twinkle when you press a button, it has to stay on her. So if your child is like mine and...

My 4 year old and her friends love this doll. She plays with her all the time and unfortunately at night when the lights are out we even hear the music. I'm glad the hair stays in place, as she took the doll to school for show and tell.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great for princes and princesses, October 25, 2005

My daughter is 6 and got this for her birthday and now she wants all of the Disney Princess dolls. It keeps her very occupied. She gets very discouraged when a Barbie doll's hairstyle is ruined by her 2 year old brother. This hairstyle is not going anywhere. If your child wants to brush the hair forget it! But this is not a negative for us. My son loves the lights and the music. It does wear on the nerves. But it is worth it to have my kids using their imagination.

4.0 out of 5 stars Lovely doll for a princess, February 17, 2006

Our 3+ toddler LOVES Cinderella, so this was under the tree this past Christmas. Though the fancy shoes fell off immediately (I hid them since they pose a choking hazard to our 2 year old) the doll has withstood the tough toddler test of time since December. Press the small button on her back, and the dress will sparkle and light up while playing the song, A DREAM IS A WISH YOUR HEART MAKES" (quite LOUDLY I must add)! The doll is a beautiful likeness of the beloved Disney princess, but her hair is so stiff it doesn't welcome children to play with it, the dress does not come off, another NO-NO with little ones, and since the wand is a pointy piece of plastic, it went the way of the shoes to avoid a poking and/or choking hazard. Though the box states for ages 3 and up, I'd recommend this one more for 5+ and even more so for the doll collector since the dress is so unique and well made. It comes in a pretty box too. Overall a really nice doll.

4.0 out of 5 stars Sweet doll and MAGICAL!, December 2, 2005

My daughter loves her Cinderella doll ( Grandma E gave her ) and plays with it alot! It is charming. We got the prince and the carriage to go with it for her and I am sure it will all be a huge hit for her for Christmas! I like the lights and how magical it looks as does she. The hair came a bit loose already and ours had no magic wand but it is still a sweet doll and we are happy with it.

We have owned this doll for about 3 years or so, it still looks great. It has held up well to many tea parties, trips in the car, and sleepovers. When I purchased it for my then 2 year old I liked that the dress doesn't come off it makes for less little pieces to get lost. There are some little pieces but not so many that you can't keep track of them. I would highly recommend this for anyone it has been a great doll that is still regularly played with years later and I can't say that for most of the toys that have been purchased for my daughter.

5.0 out of 5 stars She loves it!, November 11, 2006
This review is from: Disney Princess Twinkle Lights Cinderella Doll (Toy)
My 3 year old daughter loves this doll! It's true that you can't play with the hair or change her but you don't have to do that to have fun with it. It lights up and plays a cute little number so it's great at night. What kid doesn't like lights and music?!? Plus it pretty.

I find it rather stupid that the dress is permanently fixed to the doll, but the shoes come off. I got this for my dd's 2nd bday because she loves Cinderella. Her feet look really dorky lighting up with no shoes on, but those had to be put up. Either way, my dd plays with it for the 30 seconds she plays with all of her other toys, so it was a good buy. Its also very beautiful. :-)
