Product Description

Beautiful Princess Aurora is blessed by the Three Fairies, but cursed by evil Maleficent. She is doomed to prick her finger on a spindle and enter a deep sleep on her sixteenth birthday. On that fateful day, the Princess meets dashing Prince Phillip in the forest. They fall in love, but while at the castle that night, the Princess falls under the spell of the sleeping curse. To save her, Prince Phillip faces a forest of thorns, wicked lightning bolts and Maleficent herself in the form of a fire-breathing dragon. Finally, the triumphant prince discovers the sleeping princess and awakens her with love's first kiss. From the Classic Disney Film, the figures are Sleeping Beauty (Princess Aurora), Prince Phillip, the Three Fairies Flora, Fauna and Merryweather, Maleficent, and the Spinning Wheel. Figures vary in size from about 2 to 4 inches in height.

I purchased this toy for my 6 year old daughter because she loves sleeping beauty. I was not sure how durable it would be, but she usually is pretty good with her toys. Sleeping beauty's arms, dress and head move! Prince Philip's head moves and his arms. Even the spinning wheel moves. My daughter had so much fun acting out the entire movie. I didn't have a castle for her but I bought the Barbie Peek a boo purse playset, it looks like a castle and the sleeping beauty characters actually fit perfectly in it. All of the characters seem to be pretty soft and durable they are definetly made for kids.

I bought this for my 4-year-old granddaughter and she LOVES it. Her imagination runs wild and she creates all kinds of stories with the characters. They are well made and durable. When she and the neighbor children come over to play, they play with this set for hours, each child assuming a different character and story.

4 year old granddaughter loves it -- it is very durable and easy to play with -- goes great with her Princess Castle -- easy to play with -- dolls stand up nicely - except the Prince who can fall over but she still manages to play with him --- great choice with all the characters -- even the "wicked witch"!
