Disney Stylin Fun Jasmine - Crazy Curls

I just gave this toy to my daughter who turned six. She is thrilled with it! She loves that she can spray water on the hair with the little comb\spray bottle that it came with. The curlers that came with the doll are hard for her to use, so she hasn't really tried to make the "crazy curls" that the doll is supposed to be used for. She is not patient enough to wet the hair, roll it in curlers, and then let it dry for several hours. It only comes with a few curlers and that is not enough to do her entire head all at once. But, having said that, she has had a lot of fun and I am pleased!

My granddaughter loved seeing a styling face she was familiar with; however, had I seen the size of the head, I wouldn't bought it. The generic heads are bigger - thus easier to handle, less expensive and more realisitic. As long as there is a pictures of a child's favorite character around (like a poster or an inexpensive product)go for variety and get more band for the buck. After all, it's not all about brand.

This was bought for a five year old girl who is all princess and primping. She seems to enjoy it. The only comment that I can add is that it seems the hair gets tangled easily and when you try to comb the tangles out they only stretch out more. That doesn't discourage my daughter. The hair curls and kinks and makes ringlets and that is what my daughter loves about it.
