My 4 year old daughter received this for Christmas. She loves it and uses it with her 10 yr old sister. At first I didn't realize how to secure the table. You need to apply much pressure (i lean across it) on the table top and turn it. Not too much trouble. My daughter likes to store some of her toys in the tower (upside-down table base) when we put it away. That also helps to avoid tip-overs. I asked my 10 yr old if she enjoys using it with her sister and she likes it and would have liked it when she was her sisters age. The seat is prefect for my 4 yr old and my 10 yr old daughter sits on the edge of the seat and doesn't complain. Surprised how many people complained about this product.

I purchased this for 75% off of it original price from a local store and for that amount it was worth it for me and for what I wanted it for. I was just looking for a small table and chairs set for my 5 year old daughter to have next to her kitchen for more food play space in her small bedroom. Although the seats are a little short and will not be comfortable past age 6 or so, it works nicely for now and can be stacked up out of the way when not in use. It is easy for her to assemble into the table and back into the castle. My daughter and son both are having fun with it and really enjoy this set so I am happy with it. It is light enough for them to carry it from room to room as needed, but still sturdy.

I could not get the table to lock onto the base even after half an hour of trying. My husband got it to lock but had to muscle it on. Since you have to take it back off in order to stack into the castle, I would likely end up just leaving it as the table and chair set which makes the main feature for me (the space savings) a moot point. I bought this hoping for a space saving solution as we live in an apartment but I'll be returning it. Excellent idea, very poor design.

Durable, daughter has gotten plenty of play out of it and she did not outgrow it for a long time.

We bought this from a garage sale. My daughter loves It! She loves that she can take It apart/set It up by herself. The top to the castle Is totally useless If you have It set up as table/chairs, & when It's a tower, It's pretty flimsy. Otherwise she gets plenty of play out of It! Would not spend more then $15 on It though.

I just got this home. (Much cheaper at Target.) I like the idea of a toy serving two purposes, but this seems like it'll be mediocre in both areas. The chairs are very short, especially for the 3-7 age listed. The table is fairly high in comparison, will probably hit many kids in the armpit area. The tower is solid, so what are they supposed to do with it? I was hoping there'd be an opening to stick dolls into, but no. Just a picture. The top to the tower is not used in the table/chairs setup, so it will be in the way or need to be stored. They should have designed it so it would fit inside the base. It may go back to the store if I can find something better. Also, part of mine was filthy dirty! Not what you expect right out of the box!

My husband and I saw this table at Target before Christmas but were hesitant to purchase it for $50. My husband came home with it today (1/13/11). It was on clearance for $12.48. I am so glad we did not spend anymore then the $12.48 on it. It is very cheap and flimsy. The chairs are too short for my 3 year old but perfect for our 1 year old, but the table is too high so they can't really sit and do anything at the table. As a castle there isn't much you can do with it. Very disappointed in this purchase.
