Can you supply Swampy's grooming needs?

Now test your skills with "Cranky's Story"!

Cranky is the toughest alligator around and he has worked up an appetite from sabotaging Swampy's water supply. He eats anything, especially all the rotting and disgusting junk found in the dumps and sewers. Cranky will not eat vegetables however, and now his food is covered with vegetable-like algae. Use the dirty purple water to clean off Cranky's plate so he can eat!

5.0 out of 5 stars AWESOME!!!!! December 27, 2012

This game is the best investment I have made for my daughter.
I would definitely recommend it to everyone who has a child. There is no violence or profanity and that goes a long way in my book.

I haven't played a game this fun in a long time! I love all the different levels. Some are tricky but that makes it that much more fun. I love all the levels and achievements. I can't wait for more levels to come out.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best game I've played on Android. January 13, 2012

This is definitely one of the best games I've played on Android. Gameplay is excellent. It's a simple puzzle concept. Get the water to the alligator. It's not that easy, of course. There are obstacles like toxic ooze to keep out of the water and pipes. You have to carve your paths just right sometimes to make the water spray/flow where you want it to. You have to be precise in your distribution of a single pool in different directions to hit all the ducks for bonus point. Difficult increases as you proceed, but not to a degree that makes you want to pull your hair out (at least not in the first 50/120 levels, which is how far along I am).

Puzzle games of any kind are usually great for casual players and this is no exception. You can play a single level in a minute or two, longer if you get stuck. It happens. Sometimes you have to be very precise on measurements and timing to hit all the ducks, so you might end up replaying a level several times. With 120 levels, this game will last a casual players a very long time. Even after you beat it, there is definitely replayability. It's a lot of fun. Plus you can go back for any ducks you missed along the way or try to beat your scores. At $0.99 this game is well worth its cost.

You can find hidden objects to complete collections to gain bonus levels. It's not always easy to search for these objects. Sometimes you are racing the clock on moving the water, leaving little time to search through all the dirt for buried treasures. If there is a hidden object in a level though, the game lets you know with a "?" at the top of the screen. The easy way to find the object is just to ignore the objective your first run through the level and clear out all the dirt until you find the hidden item. It doesn't seem to move on replay.

Cranky in-app purchase
I'm getting frustrated as well. The Cranky's Story in-app was released on Thursday for Apple and yesterday for Android...but there is *no* update here through Amazon yet! Waiting not-so-patiently (yes, I'm addicted to this game)! :-)

Internet required to start app
After you started it, can you then turn off wifi and play it? I play with no wifi all the time; I think the Amazon App Store needs to phone home every once in a while to re-authenticate you.

more update issues
Little annoyed how out of date this game is. One all other devices, they are getting daily updates in some cases.
