I managed to get my hands on a copy of this book after buying and enjoying the compainion book Disneyland: Then, Now and Forever.While I agree with previous reviews, I was a little disappointed in comparing it to the DL version. Disneyland: Then, Now and Forever is packed with lots of history and behind the scenes photographs, where as this book reads more like the regular souvenir books you normally pick up in the parks. It's a lot more of Walt Disney World "Now" with not so much "Then". I would have enjoyed a little more history like the Disneyland version. That being said, this is still a magnificent book. The pictures are amazing, and better than many you will take yourself on your own vacation. There isn't much text beyond photo captions, so it's apparent that the photographs are really the focus here. Altogether, a great addition to your library, provided you can get your hands on a copy.

From the disneyhistory blog: I have just been informed by Disney Editions that the books Walt Disney World: Then, Now, and Forever and The Art of Walt Disney World (both by Jeff Kurtti and Bruce Gordon) will be parks exclusive and therefore not available through Amazon.No news about the release date.

My family are Disney freaks, we were there for the 40 year celebration. The book was in great shape and we were so excited how fast we received it. We were looking over each others shoulder to look at the difference in now and then.I highly recommend this book for anyone that loves Disney!!
