I was looking for the CD version of the Christmas songs I listened to when I was a kid. There were 2 records -- one was titled "Disney's Merry Christmas Carols" (it had an illustration of the Disney characters caroling) and the other was "Disney's Christmas Favorites" (it had an illustration of the Disney characters sleigh riding). The songs were sung by Larry Groce, a children's choir and Disney characters. When I saw this CD I thought I found my childhood favorites, but it was too good to be true. This CD contains a few of the songs, but most of them are NOT the ones I was looking for. Some of the songs, including "The Santa Wrap", I found downright annoying.

Overall the CD isn't bad, but it wasn't what I was looking for.

We just received this and I am so pleased. My boys (2 and 3) love it and I do too. There are kiddie favorites sung by characters and kids and there are also some traditional favorites that are just beautiful. It's a great combination of all of the favorites

I happen to really enjoy (a lot of) Disney Christmas music, but those are the older songs they did years ago. In those collections there was a nice mix of children's songs and some that were adult focused.

This CD tries to fill in with trendy cultural themes that I believe level the meaning of Christmas, if only in the more joyful aspects of it.

Frankly, listening to it was not an experience for me that I would want to repeat, although it did mix in some of the older versions that I kind of grew up with.

I gave it to my granddaughter and she likes it but that doesn't alter how I choose to rate it.

I purchased this CD for my 7 year old daughter. She loves music and singing. I thought she would play this cd a lot more during the holiday season. I even thought she'd use it with her karaoke cd player. She did not. I'm not sure why. I thought it was a nice sounding cd. I'm a Disney lover so I'm not disappointed. I just thought it would get a little more playtime.

It was in great shape. It was exactly the way it was supposed to be...

I purchased this album expecting all songs to be sung by Mickey and co., but I was wrong. An overwelming majority of the songs are just by no name singers. Some of the arrangements are fun, but if they were all by Mickey it could have been even more fun.

Not all of the songs are sung by the disney characters but all the songs are really enjoyable. My girls ages 2, 4, 6 love to listen to it over and over in the car. I like the cd too.

this is a great soundtrack, it is fun and enjoyable to listen to. the best songs on this cd are all of them. if you have not listened to this cd then i recommend you do

This is a great CD with a variety of fun and more serious Christmas music and different singing styles. My 2 year old daughter loves singing along with Mickey (especially Jingle Bells), and I love the beautiful a capella choral versions of classic Christmas carols. I'm really glad I bought it - I needed a break from the same old stuff they play every year on the radio.

This Disney cd has just been released in time for the holidays and we recommend it highly at the Disney Echo Online Magazine! It's a combination of carols sung by Disney characters like Mickey and Minnie and beautiful versions of traditional carols. It's also the first Disney Christmas collection I've seen in a long time that has traditional christian standards on it too! Songs like Away In A Manger and Joy To The World and Oh Come All Ye Faithful. It really is a great disc especially for the price! You'll love it a lot.
