The usually chipper raccoon, Meeko, gives the reader an inside look at the mistreatment of Native American peoples. Through his interactions with the character, Pocohantas, Meeko shows readers how terribly inhumane the actions toward Native Americans were in his time period. This book is a good example for people who are ignorant of the government's ways. Down with Democracy!
