Disney's Karaoke Series: Cheetah Girls

I am a musical theater performer and who has a niece who is really into what I do. I realized this when she would try to join me on my vocal warm ups I do regularly with these great singing lesson CDs called "Voice Lessons To Go" by Vaccarino. So, for her 10th birthday I bought her a Karaoke machine with some CDs including Disneys- Princess, Lion King and Cheetah girls. She loves them!!! She is so proud to sing for everyone now when they come over and tells everyone that she is going to be a singer just like her cool aunt!

These ARE NOT the original Cheetah Girls! Unfortunately, you won't realize this until AFTER you have purchased the cd. This bit of information is inside the cd case. I don't believe that my daughter is aware of this ruse because the girls on the cd sound pretty close to Raven and the others. BUT...if you want to hear the original singers, do not buy this cd.

Now my 10-year-old can be one of the Cheetah Girls. This is a great quality CDG for fans of the Cheetah Girls movie.

This is cool! I got it yesterday thinking it was a regular CD, but then I found out it was karaoke. It does play on my CD player (I don't have a karaoke machine), but you have to wait like 10 seconds before the song starts. Also, you can tell it's not the songs they used on the movie, but revised versions. Oh well! It's still cool that you can sing with or without the voices!

Here's what my seven-year-old daughter said about it: "I think they're good songs. My favorite song is "Cinderella." I listen to the CD EVERY day. I like to dance to it."

This is a great "karaoke" CD! This is not like the original soundtrack. There is a difference between the normal soundtrack & a karaoke soundtrack. The vocals are not as loud for a reason. It's a "karaoke" soundtrack - meant for the real person singing along to be heard when the music is turned up loud. All the lyrics are included...just wish they were in a bigger print...my daughter who I bought it for is only 7. When listening the vocals are not as loud (again it's a karaoke soundtrack), so if your wanting a CD to just listen to then purchase the normal soundtrack!!

I GOT THIS YESTERDAY it's so fun to sing the songs the only songs I don't like is COM'ON and end of the line some of the songs are short but it's cool. I just foung out that the NEW cheetah girls soundtrack will have Kareokee (Sorry about the spelling) but I don't think it will be CD+G so buy the and also buy The LIZZIE MCGUIRE CD+G. AND ..... (I'M GOING to SING so I can't continue) Throw your hands up if...GIRL POWER GIRL POWER

I just bought this for my kids and it is just great! The music sounds just like the record and the girl on the recording sounds great! (I have heard many Karaoke CD's and they are always pretty bad!!)
This should bring them lots of fun!

My granddaughter has used this so much I will need a new Karaoke machine soon.

This is a great product. It's really fun and gives you a lot of enegery and makes you want to dance and sing. My only complaint was that they have all the same songs as the cheetah girls soundtrack plus the karoke.The cheetah girls soundtrack though only had the vocal version of all of the songs. The problem is they are both for the exact same price. I'll give this product 4 stars becuage great but not fabulous.
