This was everything that we possibly needed for a boys 4th birthday party!! While we had some issues with the USPS, the seller made everything wonderful and we had our package in time for the party. Don't search high and low, just get this and you'll have what you need :)

All the pieces advertised were delivered (plates, cups, napkins, party favors, balloons, streamers, table cloth, etc). This purchase was a better value than many of the birthday party supply outlets, but the same quality of product. Highly recommended.
