I've been into Dispatch for a short while now, and recently had the pleasure of seeing them live for 2 nights back to back. They pulled out all the songs from this EP and announced they are in the process of recording a new album. I couldn't be more excited for this. It's not exactly their old stuff, but every band/musician has to grow and evolve or else they'll stagnate. For as much as I love it when Dispatch rocks hard, Broken American and Valentine are my favorite stand-out tracks on this EP.

The Dispatch EP does a wonderful job of picking up where Dispatch left off seven years ago, yet manages to incorporate the maturation each member has undergone in their own solo projects. The music includes the best of their old sound, but is fresh, inventive, and evolved. Their first studio recording in ten years, the EP offers perhaps their most 'polished' sound since 2000's "Who Are We Living For?"

Looking forward to the new full-length Dispatch album in 2012...

I've been a huge fan of Dispatch for a few years now, and unfortunately I didn't hear about them until after they had broken up. Well finding out that they were going on a summer 2011 tour AND releasing new music made me completely ecstatic. This EP is just what every Dispatch fan is looking for. It has awesome songs that remind fans why they liked Dispatch in the first place. The songs have that amazing "chill" factor but are really enjoyable to blast too!

Dispatch announced that they will be on a 3 year tour cycle to support various charities over the coming years, catch them while you can!

This EP has an interesting flair to it; you can tell the band is trying to experiment a bit with their style, but they maintained the excellent lyricism and powerful harmony unique to Dispatch.
