My daughter is hard on electronics, so when she sat on her ipod, in her back pocket she thought all was lost.
But the replacement is easy to do if you are patient gentle, and follow the instructions. I opened, removed and replaced this lcd screen in about 25 minutes. The trick is follow the instructions, and be slow thoughtful, gentle and methodical. It comes with the tools necessary to open the iPod. great product. saved me a bundle. There are also tons of sites on the internet to walk you through this, with full pictures and video of the replacement procedure. great bargain

This screen was great. it was nice to see my old ipod video work again. this screen is clear and bright. its a great deal and a great screen. the only problem i had was getting the case open with the tools but after i watched a video its was not to bad to get it open. i would recommend this screen for anybody with an old ipod video they want to bring to life again.
