We use these in a skating rink where there are frequent minor injuries from falls. Since we are providing them free and the admission fee is low, we had to use an inexpensive product, but also wanted something that was not a waste of money or a joke. These packs create about 45 minutes of usable cold and are a good size for wrist injuries. For ankle injuries, one on either side of the ankle works well. I like the size for that reason - you can use 1 or 2 as the case calls for. I will buy again next skating season.

We are very pleased with the performance of this product. Our previous supplier was no longer handling bulk instant cold packs and these work very well. They are very cold and last (so far) 35+ minutes and counting... Also, there is no extra packaging to dispose of or recycle, the box just contains the ice packs.

At our YMCA facility since we do not have a freezer, we need this product for emergency care for our members. The product works!
