Product Description

They are easier to use than the tea ball infusers as you just throw them away. This is one of our most popular items. the filter paper used for tea bag is all natural and unbleached. Since the paper contains no artificial ingredients, it will not taint the flavor of the tea.

A year or two ago one of my daughters visited Japan. One of the things that she brought back especially for me was a couple of packages of these Disposable Loose Tea Paper Bag. I'm on my last package and have been rationing them for months because even though this is a Yen Store (like a Dollar Store) item in Japan, these have been unobtainable elsewhere. I cannot tell you how totally over the moon I am to find these here on Amazon.

Made from a gauzy fabric (not paper really), these are wonderful for holding loose tea as a make-your-own tea bag. What I love them best for though is holding spices that you don't want to end up in your final product - the bouquet garni, the unbroken peppercorns or juniper berries you put into a stew, the cloves and other small spices that go into mulled cider or wine - you get the idea. (Also great for canning, but you may need to use a couple of bags.)

Grandma's $0.02 - Every kitchen needs a package or two of these! Highly recommended

There are several nearly-identical products on offer here on Amazon, but I found these to be the best deal at the time I ordered. It's not too hard to figure out how to make these work. I would say just follow the instructions on the packet and you'll be fine, but...um...I can't read Japanese. I can tell you that the adorably indecipherable packaging I received did not look like the example photo at all.

If you're a loose tea leaf drinker, these cloth tea bags are great. I use them with all kinds of teas and they are very convenient and I like the fact that they are disposable. The only negative is that they are overpriced on Amazon.

Really easy and definitely one of the better products I've used, even the very small tea pieces stayed in. so much better than those mesh balls that are unfortunately the only thing readily available offline. Folding them are a bit confusing but they do their job however you end up folding them. I wish the instructions were in english so I knew the right way, but it's not much of a hassle at all. Overall very nice.

I drink a lot of loose leaf teas. Since I do not like to clean things anyway, these disposable tea bag were exactly what I needed. I get to control the amount of tea leaves. Once I mastered how to tug the sleeve to ensure containing the leaves, this is the only way I make my teas.

I like these because they are re-usable, very sturdy. I have to double them over in order for them not to come undone in the pot of water. Maybe if you use them in a cup, that wouldn't happen, but I simmer my bulk teas for 10 minutes. But when I fold them over twice, it doesn't happen, and I like these better than others I've tried. They are bigger than most.

I have used similar product before so I got it online. So far it is exactly what I expected. It would be better if they have different size we can choose from.

These tea bags are not made of paper. However, the size of the bags is good for a cup or a small pot.
