I am most pleased with these little 1-oz. disposable plastic dose cups, which bear lots of graduated, raised dosage lines, both metric and whatever the opposite of metric is. They're identical to the ones you see in hospitals and sometimes in doctors' office. I use them to take a daily dose of liquid Maxi-Vision, which has greatly improved my sight and that of the two friends I know also taking it (one of whom was having severe diabetes-caused vision diminution). Anyway, if you want little 1-oz. disposable plastic dose cups, you can't go wrong with these.
