It's an excellent CD, filled with excellent information and Louise's wonderfully warm spirit.

However, I think it's important to report that this IS the recording of a large seminar, with give & take with participants, laughter, applause, etc.- not just Louise's lecture (with audio quality typical for a large meeting).

Despite the (minor) audio issues, this can be valuable, as it can be very worthwhile to hear Louise work with these people through their issues (issues that will likely resonate with many listeners).
As such, it can almost be viewed as a 'session with Louise' experience that could prove valuable for some listeners.

However: This is NOT a meditation recording (with background music, only Louise's soothing voice guiding you, etc.)
This would not be a CD that you would load up in preparation for a meditation session (such as the Anger Releasing CD, which would be appropriate for an individual meditation).

An excellent CD, but it's important to set expectations about this CD.

This is the first program of Louise Hay's that I've listened to. I've heard a great deal about her, and everything I heard was correct. This is a very inspirational, practical CD on living life to the fullest. She's great.

I benefitted from the entire cd, it opened my eyes to how my childhood experiences, thought processes at that time developed barriers that has ruled my adult life and why those barriers have been difficult to overcome. Even with self work. It allowed me to hear how to flood those thought barriers and that I am in complete control to dissolve them. I liked listening to the beginning of the cd as it is instructional. I listened to the latter half two times, but found it was not necessary for me to hear over and over. Ms. J

This is a great CD that will help you release barriers in your life. I hear it over and over again and learn new things every time I listen to it.

This CD was so packed with insight that I played it through two times straight when I first got it. It features Louise Hay talking to a very large audience. She points out that resentment and guilt from our childhood and later in life bogs us down. Letting go of this baggage (or barriers), frees us to live more positive lives.
I'll be looking for more of her CDs.

I have used her audio recordings persoanlly for years and there is no one better. Let yourself be bathed in postive messages and allow her to suggest that you relase old hurts and wounds. There's something about her voice, her way. Any of the Audio products are worth the investment because you are worth the investment. Read and give her book "You can heal your life to everyone!"

Have been using it for 20 years, it had helped hundreds in my circles.

Having compiled a small Louise Hay Audio library, I can recommend any & all of the CD's. I do enjoy this one as I seem to have become quite accomplished at building barriers for myself. Louise has a wonderful speaking voice & she is always encouraging us to realize the truth of ourselves. We are whole & complete, safe & secure, important & blessed. If the title appeals to you, purchase it. If it is not quite what you expected, pass it on.

It would have been helpful if the description said it was taped live and it was questions and answers.

I have been listening and reading items from this awesome lady for a while now and I have been so happy with applying the results to my everyday life! Of course, I have enjoyed this one as well! This CD is helping me right at this moment! I will keep you posted with the outcome! :))
