The track is censored,

I feel like amazon ripped me off because it doesn't say anywhere that the song is censored yet the one they sold me was. It's a very catchy pop song and I like it, but this is not a good version if you want to hear all the words.

I think that the song "Disturbia" is excellent and shows Rihanna developing as an artist and trying some new stuff.
The video is a little freaky, but the song is great!

Not Just Surface Fluff,
By
This review is from: Disturbia (MP3 Download)
When I first heard this song, not knowing the artist, I knew it was a Rihanna single. Very reminscent of "SOS", I was surprised by the reviews people were giving it, saying that it was just fluff, there was no meaning, that it was meant to be a hit to get people on the dance floor, but the lyrics speak of mental illness. On Good Girl Gone Bad, they have their dance floor track- Don't Stop The Music, and Disturbia is deeper than the surface appearence. A song about depression and mental unstability, it gives a creepy feeling of being trapped, and the music video adds another depth. Many of the scenes involved things such as being trapped in a wall, chained to the floor, locked in a confined cell. I think the song reached deep into the feelings of depression, and unlike competing songs like "I Kissed A Girl", it actually has meaning and is a great listen, with high replay value.

Do not disturb....,

Do NOT disturb Rihanna's groove. This song is truly music to the ears of a dance fan. Silky grooves and vocals abound within this track. The production is right on and the vocals aren't nearly as nasal as Rihanna's usually are. Impressive song. Great job to all the writers, Rihanna and her producers.

Rihanna has done it again!!!! Disturbia is something different, something good. Disturbia is other side of Rihanna we havent heard, its dark, yet fun and catchy. The song proves that Rihanna cant do any wrong. She makes hits after hits, and people can say what they want, but Rihanna aint going nowhere. She brings something different everytime and is worth listening to.

Disturbed,

Honestly, 2008 has proven to be the year of the wannabe divas in the music industry, and out of all of those divas, nobody has been more overexposed than Rihanna. While she may feel like she is the greatest thing since sliced bread, the feeling of the songs has a lot more that could be desired. Her latest single, Disturbia, the latest single from her revised A Good Girl Gone Bad album, doesn't feel like it captures a message. The melody of bringing in the dance beats, feels a lot more shallow and doesn't show like it is worth listening. I really feel a bit disturbed with this song, because it isn't worth the soul. The trouble with Rihanna, is that she is not choosing the right notes, and that is why the song stinks.

Catchy and fun,

Though the album has yet to be released, I love this single. It's catchy and bit more engineered than the sound of her past singles; a sign of maturity? Perhaps a taste of what's to come? We shall soon see.
