Never Dated - Great Lawyer Story,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Ditto List (Hardcover)
I have bought and read this book many times over the course of my life. I am going to have to buy it again to read it again. Yes, it is that good. The star of the story is an attorney who normally processes "The Ditto List" which consists of assembly line divorce cases. Then one day (you knew there had to be a "then one day" didn't you?) --- he gets a case or two or so which do not fit into the "one size fits all" mode of practice. The stories, his clients, the results, will intrigue and move you. Even today the material will not feel dated, and you'll find yourself rooting for D.T. (which stands for....::grin::) along with his clients. If you can pick up a copy, do so, you'll enjoy. (And if you don't, drop me a note, I may need another copy by then!)

Another Good Read from Stephen Greenleaf,
By Bonnie Brody "Book Lover and Knitter" (Port St. Lucie, FL) - See all my reviews (VINE VOICE) (TOP 100 REVIEWER)
This review is from: The Ditto List (Mass Market Paperback)
This is a well-written page-turner, as are all of Greenleaf's books. He has written this novel in a new genre - - this is his first non-mystery novel. It is about a divorce lawyer named D.T. Jones, and the women that he defends. Jones is a knight errant with a heart of gold and always broke. The novel is fun to real and contains Greenleaf's usual literary allusions and catchy phrasing. I can't think of a more fun book for vacation, airplane or beach reading. |
