This is an amazing CD, and quite a bargain. I much prefer it to the recently released NINA SIMONE:ANTHOLOGY, which is quite erratic in the quality of the material.

Nina Simone is quite a find for me. I'm coming straight out of a delta/chicago/electric blues kick so I was in need of music with a woman's touch. This is the epitome of anything I have found and is perfect to transition into.
