5.0 out of 5 stars One of Ronnie's best solo efforts., April 27, 2006

This may possibly be the best of the Ronnie Montrose solo cd's. It has the great instrumentals we've come to expect from Ronnie with 3 great songs featuring Davy Patttison (Gamma) on vocals. While I love all his cd's, the mixing of these 3 vocal performances with superb instrumentals make for a very entertaining and balanced cd. The only weak point is "Little Demons", a instrumental that seems to be built around weird screeching guitar effects. If you like Gamma and Ronnie's solo efforts like "Speed of Sound" and "Mutatis Mutandis", you'll love this cd.

Nice effort from the king of riff and roll.

Balls out rock and cutting edge prog instrumentals make for a nice mix from a SF legend.

4.0 out of 5 stars The GAMMA Station, July 31, 2011

This would have made a great GAMMA album since Davey P. did vocals on a few songs. If it had only one or two instrumentals and a couple more vocals it would have fit right into the GAMMA style. It is nice though to get some vocals on an album that I would expect to be only instrumental because Ronnie put it out under his full name instead of GAMMA or Montrose.
