5.0 out of 5 stars Incredible... difficult to put down., May 2, 2003

Audra (New York, New York) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Dive from Clausens Pier (Paperback)
The book is tough to stay with initially - until you pass the first 100 pgs. If you stick it out, you'll be thankful. You will be one with Carrie - you will understand her and identify with her. The book really makes you think about decisions - the kinds that determine the rest of your life. This book will also bring up your own "issues". It will warm you up, it's sexy, and authentic...
Kilroy will crack you up - I want to meet him. I wish that these characters really did exist, and I could climb into the story. Packer's characterization is mastery, and it's personal. This book teaches you of the dichotomies of life. A must read. As soon as possible.
