There wasn't anything new in this book that I hadn't already read during my research of diverticulitis online. It's not a bad book, but just no new information. Save your money and just google the subject.

this book took over 100 pages to tell nothing more than the piece of paper the doctor gives you. Do Not waste your money on it.

Like myself many people diagnosed with Diverticulitis will want to find ways to cope successfully. This book and this author's other book on Diverticulitis diets are not worth buying.Don't waste your money on these books. They are not well written and I did not find them helpful when trying to learn how to cope with Diverticulitis.
