I love this soundtrack, haunting, beautiful. The theme song is my favorite there is one song not included but it's a great soundtrack.

strange to like the soundtrack more than the movie. the soundtrack has a rhythmic flow not heard in mainstream music. its a good soundtrack to throw on for some background music while I paint in my studio for something different. I would listen first then you be the judge you might like it.

This instrumental motion picture soundtrack is amazing. It was one of the things that stood out to me when I first saw The Divide aside from the phenomenal performances by some of the actors in the film towards the end.

If you're fans of soundtracks like Narc, 28 Days / Weeks Later, Heat, Traffic, Miami Vice, or Silent Hill (game or movie series), then this is perfect for you. Intense scores mixed with moody, ambient sounds that pack some emotional punch here and there.

I saw The Divide and loved it. I immediately had to seek out the soundtrack because after seeing the movie and realizing the same song was in the trailer i needed to listen to it again.

If you only want the best songs, get the following:

15 - One Way to Life (feat. E.T) - this is easily the best song and is from the climax of the movie and can hit you so emotionally.
17 - Theme from ''The Divide'' (Reprise) - this is also a solid moving score.

The other good songs to get are:

01 - Theme from _The Divide
02 - The Divide
16 - Running After My Fate (feat. Anna He) [Crucifying Myse
19 - Running After My Fate (Alternate Version) (feat. Kafkaz

these last two i do not believe were in the movie.

The rest i do not listen to. But One Way to Life is definitely Jean-Pierre Taïeb's Opus and i cannot wait to hear more music from this person. This is not happy music but if you saw the movie you already know that. Yet I do not feel depressed or sad when listening to this music, it is too powerful to let that happen.

I would have given this a fifth star if the rest of the soundtrack was as compelling. But do not let that stop you, the songs above are easily five star songs.

After watching The Divide (starring Michael Biehn) I've been anticipating the relase of the soundtrack. It's pretty much exceeded all my expectations and I've become interested in the works of Jean-Pierre Taieb and Anna He (AWIM). The "Theme" from the Divide is an extremely moving piece of work written by Taieb and Anna He's vocals on "Running After My Fate" are breathtaking.
