1.0 out of 5 stars Not A Serious Study, April 28, 2003
By A Customer
This review is from: Divided We Stand: American Jews, Israel, and the Peace Process (Hardcover)
Seliktar is not a serious researcher and this is not a serious work. Seliktar, is not a native English speaker and her poor use of langauge aside, this book draws no useful conclusions and covers no new ground. Her understanding of the Arab-Israeli conflict and U.S. interests is skewed and her attempt to cover a highly interesting topic falls flat on its face. She tries to portray herself as unbiased, but her hatred for Israel's nationalist camp is obvious.

Gratz is a tiny college, graduating less that 5-10 undergrads 25-45 grad students each year, one easily sees why Gratz is basically an union college with profs like this.
