This book is nothing short of amazing! I have finally found a reference book that examines the New Testament and guides you to overall health through the words of the bible. If you follow the principles and excerpts in this book, you will never have to "diet" again. I wish there were more books like this! I read it everyday and reference it often.
The recipes are fanatastic as well! THANK YOU!!!

I didn't like the way they took a bible and added stuff you would find in a magazine!!!!I have a bible that I read as "Gods word". I feel it desecrates the bible! If you want a magazine, buy a magazine!
