1.0 out of 5 stars False Prophecy By Mary K Baxter
In 1 John 4:12, it states that no one has seen the Lord. It also states in 1 Cor 2:9 that NO man knows what the Lord has prepared for those who love Him. No one alive can tell us what heaven is like. In the bible, Paul has seen heaven, but is not permitted to speak about it.(2 Cor 12:1-8). If the great prophet Paul was not permitted to speak about what heaven is like,...

I have now read three books by Mary Baxter ("Divine Revelation Of Hell" & "Divine Revelation Of The Spirit Realm") and I have personally found no reason whatsoever to question the veracity of her accounts of Heaven, Hell or the Spirit Realm.

To the very best of my knowledge everything in her books appears to be in accordance with Scripture.

I found her account of her 'journey' to Heaven to be very thought provoking indeed. It certainly challenged me.

Some reviewers here have cast doubts on the authenticity of Mary Baxter's stories. Some have stated quite correctly that 'Satan often appears as an angel of light'. These are quite valid concerns and everyone should prayerfully consider each story on it's own merits and weigh it up against what the Bible really teaches.

What strikes me quite forcibly about all three of Mary Baxter's books is that they all promote the Gospel and the absolute necessity and importance of Salvation through Jesus Christ. Considerable emphasis is always placed upon repentance and the redeeming power of the Blood of Jesus. The very message at the heart of the Gospels.

If Satan is promoting the message of Salvation and the only Way of avoiding an eternity in his own kingdom of darkness; whilst at the same time exposing the devil and his works for what they are, then surely it is his methodology that needs to be looked at and not that of Mary Baxter.

In every possible context and occasion Mary Baxter points the reader to Jesus Christ the Messiah and the Bible. At the end of the day, it is for every reader to draw his/her own conclusion.

These books are a joy to read and so, so easy to understand. It is possible to read each in a day, even though they each contain a substantial amount of information.

I highly recommend this and her other books.

5.0 out of 5 stars If you really believe in God, March 4, 2000
By
Jim Danson (south carolina, usa) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Divine Revelation Of Heaven (Paperback)
If you really do believe that God is real, that the Bible is His word to us, then you cannot ignore that Hell is real also. Christ himself told of the horrible reality of it, and gave dire warnings to those who ignore it. Every true believer should have such a heart for the lost as does Mrs. Baxter, and every unbeliever should have the visions of hell that the Lord gave her. If you don't believe anyway, you wouldn't even if one came from the dead to tell you, but if you do, then you must accept that her visions were from God and believe. I plan to order this book again and again and give it to as many people as i can and beg them to read it. nothing we do to bring people to Christ costs too much, takes too much time, or isn't worth the effort. this book is a divine revelation indeed and should be utilized in winning the lost as often as possible.

5.0 out of 5 stars I believe Mary Baxter was allowed to see for all, November 27, 1999
This review is from: Divine Revelation Of Heaven (Paperback)
Actually, I wanted to order the book she wrote on Hell, but I accidently (is anything really?) on Heaven, and the Holy Spirit just embraced me. The question is, can we say it is just false, a fairy tale, a facade, a dreamer who wrote this Book on Heaven, it is dedicated in the front pages to God, Jesus and Holy Spirit, anyone who can do that must have their HEART and SPIRIT in the write place, when was the last time You went to a bookstore and see such a dedication....I wish my life was so dedicated that I COULD HAVE experienced this with God. I know HE is real and alive, JESUS is real and alive, the HOLY SPRIIT is real and alive....and although I have not finished reading all of her book, i can hardly put it down but I have responsibilities, a child who needs me, a single parent, of a 3 year old who I am his example. My Mother passed away over 4 years ago, I think of her at this novel, all the tragic in our lives is not all for nothing, for every person learns life is hard and I am Thankful that I have a Father who helps me and lifts me up.....through the Storms of Life.

5.0 out of 5 stars THANK YOU!!! Your Book Was Live Changing For Me & Others, April 11, 1999

Mrs. Baxter: Thank you for being such a devoted discple to Jesus Christ. Because of your book, I got my life back on track with Jesus. Once I read the book, I gave it to my friend, who became saved after reading it. Then to my brother, who is in the process of getting his life back on track. Your book is bringing people to the lord. A divine Revalation of HELL, keeps me on track in my walk with the lord. I used to always questions Hell in my mind of "how bad could it possibly be" I know now. I will do all I can to prevent any of my friends/family from going. I now tell as many people as I can about Jesus. I also tell them he is coming back for them. I am getting ready to read your Revalation of Hevean. I am very much looking forward to it. I have heard many wonderful things about. Thanks to you my friend has came to the lord and my walk is back on the right track. God Bless You!! Your sister in christ, Shelly Robison

5.0 out of 5 stars DIVINE ATTENTION!, May 18, 2001
This review is from: Divine Revelation Of Heaven (Paperback)
This book was brought to my attention by a divine miracle. It was the end of 1999. Then I lived in London, UK. I had been reading a lot of books and articles which either dismissed the reality of hell or at best, rationalised it. One of such books was "Conversations With God : An Uncommon Dialogue". In fact, I was already sold, intellectually, on the idea that hell did not exist. Then it happened. Seemingly out of the blues, a friend of mine called me to say that she just bought a book which I just had to read. Prior to this, I never discussed my 'convictions' about the 'figurative' nature of hell with her, because she is a Christian. However, I agreed to read the book but never asked again. As if by divine appointment, she persisted. I then took the book and read it. The effect? Awesome! Thank the Lord Jesus for this book and for my friend, Joy, whom God used, I was otherwise a sure candidate for hell fire.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Book! You won't put it down!, September 11, 2001
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Divine Revelation Of Heaven (Paperback)
Smarten up folks! Stop listening to those meatheads with degrees who claim evolution is how it happened. This is a beautiful book that lets you peek over Mary's shoulder on her sneak peek of Heaven. Better than a Near Death Experience (NDE); and all according to Scripture; just as you knew heaven would be. Mary K. Baxter takes us along with her from the time the Lord Jesus allows her to enter the "Pearly Gates" to her awesome awareness that she is standing and watching God the Father actually dispatching Angels to answer prayers from his people. Mary carries the message that all "heartfelt" prayers and tears are heard and "captured". Why couldn't the Lord Jesus commission Mary to tell this story for the benefit of His Saints in these "end times".

5.0 out of 5 stars Is Baxter telling the truth?, November 11, 2005
By
S. Stefanov (Greensboro, NC USA) - See all my reviews

This review is from: Divine Revelation Of Heaven (Paperback)
The wisest thing we can do is look at Baxter's book in light of God's revealed Word.

When Jesus was accused of driving out demons by Beelzebub, the prince of demons, he spoke in response to the crowd:

"Any kingdom divided against itself will be ruined, and a house divided against itself will fall. If Satan is divided against himself, how can his kingdom stand?" (Luke 11:17-18)

Mary K. Baxter's book cannot be from Satan, unless Scripture is broken. And we know from John 13:35 that it can never be broken! Therefore, without having read the book, I fully trust Baxter's account, because if I don't, I am calling God a liar.

If Satan were using "The Divine Revelation of Hell" and "The Divine Recelation of Heaven" to further the Kingdom of God on earth, then he himself has acknowledged his cause to be lost, which I cannot reconcile with Scripture.

After all, it is written, "By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? Likewise every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit" (Matthew 7:16-17). You can see for yourselves.

The Bible also says that if you don't believe Moses and the Prophets, you will not believe even if someone rises from the dead. Therefore, if you don't believe in the veracity of Joel's prophecy (ch.2, v.28), "And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions," then there is no way you can believe in the fulfillment of this prophecy. One can well ask, "If someone truly had such a vision, what would it be like?" If the vision is true, by rejecting its authenticity, are we not rejecting the author and thus the One who sent her?

If you don't believe, then you make God a liar (1 John 5:10). Moreover, "the man who has doubts is condemned if he eats, because his eating is not from faith; and everything that does not come from faith is sin" (Rom. 14:23).

Let the grace of God be with you forever.

5.0 out of 5 stars Encouraging Look Into the Mysterious, August 3, 2005
By
This review is from: Divine Revelation Of Heaven (Paperback)
Mary K. Baxter gives God all the glory, accurately cites Scripture, has a humble attitude, and tells people the only way to heaven is through Jesus. I believe she's telling the truth. This testimony of what she experienced encourages you to "lay up treasures in heaven." That isn't materialistic. That's what Jesus taught.

Reviewers who say she contradicts Scriptures offer no evidence. I saw no such thing in this book. On the issue of babies (beginning at concepetion) going to heaven, I suggest Dr. John MacArthur's book. He answers those questions using the Bible as his source.

Any book that does not contradict the Bible, that encourages you to do God's work, and points the way to Jesus is one worth considering. This book takes the focus off "this life" and puts it on things of eternal value.

5.0 out of 5 stars Tears in your eyes, December 16, 2004
By
This review is from: Divine Revelation Of Heaven (Paperback)
This book is the best book I have ever read. It brought me shivers, heartache, guilt, love towards others. It made me realize how people are in the world, and how all of these wonderful gifts appear to us in mystery, love and by prayer. You yourself have to believe and look around to what you have been given in life.
If you are a nonbeliever of God, Jesus, and the angels, you seriously need to read this book and repent your sins, ask God for forgiveness and ask Him into your heart. It's a story about a women (the author who wrote this book) going into Hell first for ten days and then arriving into Heaven with the angel of God and Jesus Himself. Jesus would come and appear in her bedroom around two in the morning and take her up to heaven. Jesus picked her and told her that she was supposed to tell everyone else back on earth about what she saw. She was completely speechless when she arrived.
Jesus and the angel of God took her to many rooms and explained each and every room to her and what they do in there. One room that was one of my favorites was the room of tears. It was a room filled with bottles of water that were actually filled with human tears back on earth. She witnessed an angel coming back from the earth carrying a bowl of a man's tears. The angel set it down on the most beautiful table. He took one single tear drop and dropped it on a empty book that he was holding. The women saw that empty book with empty pages appear into words just with that one tear drop. I'm not sure what it was saying but I think that it would be the prayers that that man has said while crying or just about his life.
Mary (the author who witnessed this experience) saw an angel holding The Book Of Life. If some of you who don't know what that is, it is a book with names of people who are going to heaven, so if your name is not in that book, you're not going to heaven. Satan has a book he calls The Black Book and your name does not want to be in there or else you are in big trouble. To be in God's book you have to be born again, ask Him in your heart and repent your sins (which means ask for forgiveness and mean it).
I can't tell you what happens in the end, but what I can tell you is that all through that book Mary kept saying, "God is real, Jesus is real, Heaven is real, please believe in this place." She sang songs up there, praised to Him and everyone is happy. She also realized that when she was in Hell she noticed that there were no babies or infants there, so if any mothers out there who have lost a child I am glad to tell you that He or She is in heaven with God and is very happy. They will be happy for eternity.
