Works well. Does not work well in the shower though. Also good for giving massages. Must use a generous amount for it to be effective. After a lot of friction it turns into a thick, white, clumpy residue. My girlfriend does not like the way it feels inside of her.

This is one of the few lubricants which have carrageenan, which could prevent HPV and herpes.

Various articles have noted the connection between carrageenan and herpes. For example, in 2004 the journal Antiviral Research published "Protective effect of a natural carrageenan on genital herpes simplex virus infection in mice" available at [...]

I can't really verify whether this works as I wouldn't risk having sex with someone with an STD but it is better safe than sorry.
