1.0 out of 5 stars Biased reviews
All of these reviews are from other authors of similar titles. They're all biased, friends, associates, paid, or all of the above. Irrelevant of content, this deserves a 1-star to balance out all the bogus ratings. Falsifying the merit of a book to create sales rather than relying upon genuine readers' opinion is morally wrong.

5.0 out of 5 stars Well known truths in an easy, gentle style, June 25, 2006

This review is from: Divine Wisdom at Work: 10 Universal Principles for Enlightened Entrepreneurs (Paperback)
There is nothing "new" in this book. The principles have been laid out by countless others. But Molloy has her own gentle style of laying it down and repetition never hurts. In fact, repetition is downright necessary so that they percolate deep down and become a part of who you are.

There are wonderful quotes throughout the book and I found this to be one of the best parts. Here is some samples:
"Maintaining a complicated life is a great way to avoind changing it" - Elaine St. James
"Everything you can imagine is real" - Picasso

There are sections that talk about changing your world view such as those that talk about using affirmations as a step towards changing your reality. There are highly practical sections such as the one that shows you how to remove clutter from your life.

This is an easy book to read but doing it at one sitting is not the best way. Leave it lying around and dip into it. Whatever catches you and leaves an imprint is what you should work to bring into your life. Trust me, it will be worth it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Practical Ideas for business owners., June 9, 2006
This review is from: Divine Wisdom at Work: 10 Universal Principles for Enlightened Entrepreneurs (Paperback)
I particularly appreciated how each principle was developed with ideas, stories, exercises and quotes from other authors. I was able to put these ideas into practice right away because of the easy way it was written. This book is an easy to read tutorial that can transform any business. I like that there is a follow up system for group meetings to discuss and explore more deeply these principles. A read that is well worth your time.

5.0 out of 5 stars Advice anyone can use no matter their work situation, August 23, 2007

First off, this book is for everyone. I was amazed to see so many financial, emotional, and time management techniques packed into such an easy-to-read book. Tricia gives you exercises and ideas for increasing your productivity as well as the savings in your bank account. I was stunned at how quickly I read this book.

Tricia has done a vast amount of research to bring you the 10 principles of an abundant and successful life. Her chapters are chock full of quotes from different books and people that she has read and interviewed so you not only get her take on each topic, but you're in the discussion with at least five to eight other individuals on the same principle.

My favorite chapters were: Principle 4, Clean Out the Clutter: The Universe will Fill the Vacuum, and Principle 10: Give Thanks Often: Cultivating an Attitude of Gratitude. I focus on these two chapters because they are so pivotal to having a financially secure life. Most folks forget how all these topics effect your view and choices on money, and what Tricia does is demonstrate how changing your environment from clutter to clean brings you more energy and time (at least 2 hours a day says the research) to be productive with what is really important to you.

Giving thanks often is something that has brought me many new clients, opportunities and joys in life. So all the advice Tricia gives in Chapter 10 I heartily recommend to others because I've seen the positive results first hand with my own experiences. By expressing my happiness to others in thanking them for their assistance, the Universe turns around and continues to shower me with the very things for which I am grateful! It's crazy! It's abundance! And it is how Life works. Tricia does a great job of explaining this.

I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to break out of their negative rut in a simple yet positive way. Sure, the titel says the principles are for entrepreneurs, but I have found that the truths talked about are just as viable for the stay-at-home-mom, teacher, construction worker, or medical professional. It really doesn't matter what you do for income. If you are working, this book is for you!

5.0 out of 5 stars A Wonderful Book, Beautifully Written, June 16, 2006
This review is from: Divine Wisdom at Work: 10 Universal Principles for Enlightened Entrepreneurs (Paperback)
Tricia Molloy's wonderful book is beautifully written and speaks to the heart. It can be read all in one sitting, but I suggest spending a little time with each chapter to let her messages really soak in. It's a great tool to keep us focused on the higher disciplines, especially when the work day is at its most tedious.
