Important new insights into Mary, Jesus, and Mary Magdalen, August 23, 2005
This review is from: The Divinity of Mankind: Revelations of Mary, Jesus and Mary Magdalene, Part I (Paperback)
While there seems to be an abundance of "channeled" material on the market, it is hard to discern the quality other than just by the experience of your own heart as you are reading it. For me this book was a real find. The authors already have a 2nd book out in Dutch, and a 3rd in the works, so their experience of channeling Mary, Jesus and Mary Magdalen continues still today, and there's more coming. The structure of the book is very accessible, and every "Revelation," is followed by exercises, which is crucially important in any spiritual endeavor. Experience separates the chaff from the wheat, and if we reduce spiritual information to the purely intellectual aspect, it remains forever barren. Jesus taught that 2000 years ago, and he still does so today. For the rest it is all a matter of personal taste, but if the format and message of this book appeals to you, go for it - don't hold back!
Personally I had a very interesting time with this book and the next one, which I've read in Dutch, among other things because it has definitely also rounded out a lot of what I've intuited over the years about Jesus and Mary Magdalen.

Jesus' Crucifixion to "Rise Above Duality" of "Right and Wrong" OUTSTANDING BOOK!, February 24, 2006
This review is from: The Divinity of Mankind: Revelations of Mary, Jesus and Mary Magdalene, Part I (Paperback)
"The Divinity of Mankind" brings an extraordinary message from Jesus, Mary Magdalene, and Mary, where Jesus explains that He had to rise above "right" and "wrong" and move into compassion during his crucifixion. He brings humanity the same message over two thousand years later, and that is that we can either remain as victims, view others with judgment, or cease the judgment and view both ourselves as well as others with loving compassion.
The feeling of love flowing from this extraordinary book is a message to all of humankind, both Christian and non-Christian.
A beautiful quote states: "The many experiences in your life give you the possibility to develop the power of you heart, the same way the crucifixion gave me the possibility to open my heart to higher dimensions of Divine love."
Another paragraph quote states: "What happened at the time of my crucifixion was 'right' to some bystanders and 'wrong' to others. To me it was 'neither right nor wrong'. The consciousness that I stood and stand for exists above right and wrong. It was my mission to stand above right or wrong, to rise above duality. In this way I opened a gate to a higher dimension, the dimension of compassion. It was my duty to focus my attention on 'remaining in my heart' and not to judge. To look with love at myself as well as at my loved ones and my executioners. If I could do that, this gate would be opened so that all mankind could pass through it. I had to fight with the temptation of feeling a victim and loosing myself in duality. By remaining in my heart was Christ-consciousness, the unconditional love in my own heart, fully activated, like a flame. And each slap I got or every stab of pain I felt, activated more Christ-consciousness in my heart. To be able to stay in my heart, I had to hold very firmly to my intention to stand above right and wrong. In this way I could be a connection between heaven and Earth in order to bring the heavenly consciousness to mankind on Earth."
This book deserves an award for the promise and understanding it can bring to humanity. I HIGHLY recommend it for everyone!

Fiction?, March 22, 2010
This review is from: The Divinity of Mankind: Revelations of Mary, Jesus and Mary Magdalene, Part I (Paperback)
I do not see any classification for this book but can see it should accurately be classified as fiction, or even fantasy.
The description of this book flies against the vast majority of surviving writings and traditions pertaining to Christ, his life, and his gospel.
Readers should be aware that any such perspectives on Christ have been scrutinized and rejected over and over throughout the centuries by scholars... both skeptics and those of faith.
For those interested in more accurate writings about Jesus, there are literally thousands of books written about him which would be far more accurate and enlightening than this one.
