One of the worst Kindle books I ever bought, March 23, 2011
This review is from: Division Six (Kindle Edition)
I don't know what book the 4-star reviewers read, but it wasn't this one. This was one of the worst books I have ever tried to read. It was a 6th grade "D" level grammatically, cliche' and just plain obnoxious. I deleted it after 10 pages because I simply could not go on. It was that uncomfortable, especially compared to the other major SF writers I follow.

A new twist in the sci-fi genre, December 13, 2010
This review is from: Division Six (Kindle Edition)
I could not put this one down. Every new chapter brought an even higher level of anticipation as the story unfolds. Unpredictable is an understatement. The characters were fantastic; enjoyable to read and well-developed. I am a gadget & technology nerd, and this book did not disappoint! It was a very novel approach and was well executed. I cannot wait to see where this team takes the story from here, as there is so much potential. Good job!

A fantastic amalgamation of everything sci-fi fans could want!, November 29, 2010
This review is from: Division Six (Kindle Edition)
Given the opportunity to sit down with my trusty kindle, which doesn't happen often lately due to work, I try to spend my time reading things worth-while. I mean, who wants to waste their time reading about galactic interventions with a liberal slide or zombie books that just drip with C rated material?
With a long flight ahead of me to LA I decided to browse Amazon before getting on that big jet plane and after kicking back a couple g and t's and exchanging words with the uninterested female bar tender, I settled in on my subject matter. Sci-Fi. Given my current situation, it seemed proper. Feeling a little saucy, I swiped my finger across the screen and was pleasantly surprised to find Division Six by H.A.L. Wagner and Forest Parham.
I must say, I'm hooked...and cannot wait for their next release to hit the wire, or better yet, paper. They cover all the bases and somehow managed to tap into my (and everyone else's, I'm sure) minds to produce a tale that I found myself saying "That's what I would have done!" not as a writer, mind you, rather a character in the book.
Fantastic guys! Keep it up! You've got a reader for life here!
