Karen Ann Rolcik received her law degree from Indiana University. She is licensed to practice law in Texas and Ohio, and is a certified mediator in Texas. She has practices law primarily in the areas of wills, trusts, probate, and family. Ms. Rolcik has written or co-authored many Sphinx titles, including How to Make a Texas Will and How to Probate an Estate in Texas. She currently resides in Bedford, Texas.

Edward A. Haman received his law degree from the University of Toledo. He has practiced law in Hawaii, Florida, and Michigan, where he also served as a domestic relations hearing officer in the Michigan Circuit Court. He has written and co-authored many law books, including How to File Your Own Divorce and How to Write Your Own Living Will. This book was a great help in defining terms and conditions necessary when facing divorce. Even if one does not care to file their own divorce, this book helps the reader understand what the legalities of divorce are and how lawyers would handle the paper work. The book advises the reader of the avenues to follow and how to avoid common pitfalls of divorce.
