My boyfriend had some difficulties putting it together and one of the arms cracked a little bit but not so badly that it can't be used. We use our patio a lot so we will eventually replace this with one that is better quality (and more $$).
I had given these chairs a 5 star review when I first received them. Boy was I wrong!!! These rockers are complete GARBAGE and worse was the customer service. I had purchased 2 rockers for my front porch. Each rocker literally snapped in several places within a couple of months. When I complained to the company they suggested that I had built them wrong and requested pictures. I provided pictures, then they wanted more pictures. Then they said I would have to SHIP BACK the 2 rockers AT MY EXPENSE and they would replace them or give me the parts. These rockers literally fell apart within a couple of months. Why would I or anyone ever want these? GARBAGE and a waste of money. BUYER BEWARE!!
I looked around a lot before buying these chairs. They are the best deal out there. Some reviews mentioned how difficult it was to put these chairs together and I have to somewhat agree only because you have to use a drill to drill 2 pilot holes before screwing in 2 nails. Besides that they were not difficult to put together. As far as comfort is concerned, I would say they are average but since they are on my front porch I think they serve their purpose just fine. I sit on them for an hour at a time.

Pretty rocker, not easy to put together and not enough glue included with kit.Published 17 months ago by Sylvia M. Virostek

I think this is an excellent chair. Looks great and very sturdy. Strong winds blew it over one night with no harm to the chair. Read morePublished 22 months ago by JD
