'Sometimes things dont go your way man, not much I can do or say man...' goes the lyrics to the song 'Raise a Glass', a whole-hearted and jovial pop rock hit from the awesome East Bay Band DIZZY BALLOON. Full of force, verve, and an irreverent but buoyant tonality that comes across in the authenticity and enthusiasm of the tunes showcased on their debut self-titled album, this is a band to watch and admire. The genuine sound and attitude that this up-and-coming group bring to the East Bay music scene is a credit to their talent and ability to bring a smile to your face. Certainly the packed clubs and venues they have been playing in SF have been a testament to their rising star status. Heres hoping they keep it up and continue to amaze and amuse us with every new release! GET DIZZY! RAISE A GLASS!

This band is highly entertaining. You should see them live. Their energy on stage is unmatched. They have originality that is lacking in the music industry today. Recommended for all music lovers!

This a great contemporary pop album. Elements of the Beatles and Queen. Highly recommended!!

Dizzy Balloon is the next big band! They've opened for some crazy good bands, like the Killers, Franz Ferdinand, and Jack's Mannequin! Buy this CD if you know what's good for you. They've got a unique sound and I don't know anyone that doesn't love every single song on this CD. Trust me, buy this and you wont regret it.
