Great Trap for the Money,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Do-All Outdoors Single Full Cock Trap (Sports)
I sought out a trap with a seat for comfort sake as well as practical. I have had "Stake in the Ground" traps in the past and wasn't pleased. This item hits it out of the park. I can even throw multiple clays with it. Two days after getting this, 10 guys gathered for a shoot, and what a time we had. This is just as advertized. The Do-All website as well as just about all online, leaves a lot to be desired with a description of full cock/half cock if you don' know what you are looking for(like me) but it is exactly what I needed with no regrets.

This is a nice trap for the price. You get what you pay for. The spring arm has good action, but the bolts don't hold well under regular use. The settings are easy to adjust if you don't mind playing with it at first. Once we had it set it was easy to keep the clays on target for the kids. Again, the bolts do not stay tight under regular use, just be ready to tighten them every five or so throws, but be careful not to over tighten them and stip out the nuts.

Definitely does the job, but could easily be better,
This review is from: Do-All Outdoors Single Full Cock Trap (Sports)
First, I'm extremely pleased with the purchase, especially because I received 30% off at Academy. I've thrown about 300 clays from the launcher, which is extremely easy to use, and it's working great. In fact, the steel frame and the launcher itself seem like they will give me years of service. But the seat, handle grip, and pull cord are already coming apart. In fact the pull cord broke within 20 minutes. One connection to the seat back gave way after a day, and the launcher's plastic sleeve on the handle started to tear off on the third day of use. None of these problems affect the function of the product, but it's a shame the manufacturer didn't make more reliable choices. I've already replaced the cheap pull with a nylon cord. In time, the cheap plastic seat will be removed by me and replaced with a wooden stool seat. And the rubber sleeve for the handle will either never be replaced, or I'll just leave it off and wrap the handle in tape that'll make it easy to grip and will keep the metal surface beneath relatively cool. So kudos to Do-All outdoors for getting the core features right. Now apply that same commitment to all the details.
