3.0 out of 5 stars a little disturbing, July 4, 2010

Why. You sit next to someone on a plane, start casual conversation and when she doesn't feel like answering she grabs you and kisses you. All, while wearing a funky red wig. Situations often appear contrived but a decent enough read on an evening plane ride.

3.0 out of 5 stars Too Long, Lost Interest, Not a BlockBuster, July 24, 2010

I read Taite's "Do Not Disturb", and though the character build and back story for Greer & Ainsley started strong, at some point it became weak. I found myself skipping chapters, looking for something to grasp. At one point I found myself more interested in the secondary characterste; though their stories helped to elongate the book. Therefore, if you're an avid reader, and need a book for your weekend reading or long trip pile, then this may be ok, but if you are looking for a blockbuster, can't put it down type of book, then this one missed the mark.

3.0 out of 5 stars Enjoyable, July 5, 2010
This review is from: Do Not Disturb (Paperback)
Ainsley Faraday, high flying hotel manager, is given the challenge to transform a mom and pop hotel in Santa Fe, into a top of the range, sort after place to stay. Greer Davis, rock star, is escaping from the publicity after a wild night of partying ends in tragedy. The two meet on the plane to New Mexico. Both women seem to be smitten, but each have reasons as to why they shouldn't become involved.
A light, enjoyable and entertaining read.
