I was delighted with this well written volume on how doing kindnesses for others can change your life. As both a Rabbi and psychiatrist, Twerski offers meaning and insight to life situations that may often be perceived as hopeless. Written in very breif stories, Rabbi Twerski reaches out to us with a certain knowledge that giving to others enhances our own lives because we receive when we give. I highly recommend this book, and I plan to use the lessons for discussions in my own practice of counseling.

I absolutely love this book. I have read it numerous times, especially before bed. If I have a hard time sleeping I like to read it because it relaxing and so positive. Rabbi Doctor Twerski is inspiring!
