The book was all I have expected.
Beside the theory and photos of th do-in practice, there is a first half of the book dedicated to the fundamentals of macrobiotics, breathing exercises, basic diagnostic,etc.

the only thing I didn like so much was th quality of the photos: they seem like they were taken in the 1970's!!!

Very good for back. The morning exercises are for my back. The night exercises stop insomnia.
