I've loved Jimmy since I first heard "Stay Gone" on CMT. I've been wondering how good this album would be. It's been a long time coming. Would he sound good? Would the songs be cliched and boring? This album is ANYTHING buy a cliche or boring. He's evolved so much as an artist and this album proves it. The first album you could tell he was new to everything. This time around, he's comfortable. He's comfortable with himself, his music and who he is as an artist. Something that lacks in a lot of artists today. This is a fantastic album! :)

I just want to say first and foremost that Jimmy Wayne is not only an incredible country singer but he's an awesome person as well. I had the awesome opportunity to meet him along with many other GA Army National Guard families last night at a conference for soldiers who are getting ready to deploy to Afghanistan and their spouses. Jimmy took the time to sing for us and then he met with everyone who wanted to meet him. He was not compensated well for this, but he wanted to take the opportunity to do something nice for us, and we really appreciate him for that. Afterwards, I went out and bought the album, and my husband and I love it. Definitely recommend this one!

I just bought this CD for his title hit : Do You Believe Me Now" and I have to tell you that this whole CD is a total hit with me! Jimmy Wayne is a great singer with a super good voice and he simply hit the nail on the head with all these songs! I could listen to this cd over and over - no buyers regret here! I personally feel there are several songs on here that should or will - be hits for him too. Jimmy has really made a fan out of me! Keep them coming!!

I was unaware of Jimmy Wayne until I heard "Do You Believe Me Now" on my local country radio station. I made a point of buying the CD on it's release date, and I absolutely love the it. I often have it on repeat, as I never tire of the songs. My favorite songs are "I Will", "One on One" and "No Good for Me." Those are my favorites, but I can honestly say that I love every song on this CD.

I consider this artist to be the Country genres BEST male vocalist, and his music really strikes a cord too. If you liked Jimmy's first album, I'm sure you'll find this one equally if not better to your taste. His music speaks of personal triumphs, tragedies and accomplishments, while touching on our own lives.

Stand-out tunes include: "No Good for Me," a duet with Patty Loveless, and "Where You're Going," with guest vocalist John Oates of Hall and Oates fame!

This is honestly the best CD I've listened to in a long time. Jimmy Wayne has a rich, smooth voice which reminds me of Hal Ketchum and Richard Marx with a little John Berry thrown in. The lyrics are sincere and the music keeps me humming for days! I bought the CD for "Do You Believe Me Now" and "I Will" and I am THRILLED those aren't the only good songs on the CD. I do remember "Stay Gone" and "I Love You This Much" but I didn't realize Jimmy did those so I'm glad they are on this CD as "bonus" tracks! Keep your eye (or ear) on this guy - I'm sure he will have many more hits for years to come!! Now I'm just waiting for the concert tour...

soulful singer who writes from the heart. What an amazing talent. I loved this album from start to finish. kerosene kid doesn't get any more honest than that... and no twang here!

I have never been a country music fan, but heard Jimmy Wayne at a convention this past year. I gave myself and my kids, who are big CW fans this CD for Christmas. His sound, the heartfelt, well-written lyrics make all of us want to play it over and over. I will watch the CMA show when he gets on.

I was fortunate to see Jimmy Wayne at the Grand Ole Opry a couple of years ago.Not only is he a nice piece of eye candy but he's a great singer, too!I quickly became a fan and have bought all of his CDs to date.I agree with the other writers that there are no bad songs on this CD, and I listen to it frequently - singing along to it in my car.I look forward to hearing more from this young man in the near future.He is definitely a rising star!!

Jimmy Wayne is a remarkable singer/songwriter/storyteller and most of all, a remarkable person. The songs come from his life and his heart. He's walked in shoes that would have lead most people to very dark places, but he is able to capture the essence, share the pain and wisdom of a life lived with sadness and with joy. The Costners must have been fantastic individuals, along with Miss Friday, to help shape such a spiritual and loving soul. In addition to the lyrics being perfect, the melodic lines in the songs just tug at your heart too. The title song is haunting in its musical elements and in the title question - the story plays out just as he expected. "I Will" is about the heartfelt love of a man every woman dreams of having. His theme song "Where You're Going" is autobiographical - I'm using it in a graduation speech at a local prison because the chorus is so powerful. "Stay Gone" should be memorized by anyone ever in an abusive or just plain wrong relationship. Finally, "I Love You This Much" brings tears to my heart every time I hear it. Buy this album and prepare to be blessed!
