Unfortunately I purchased the listed CD "DO YOU LOVE ME" =lousy!What I received from this exact page is a 1981, 1988 CD, MOTD-5415, which has a reissue version of the 'Title song', now at a very overextended 6:33*minute 'Disco-type' lousy DO YOU LOVE ME. There is also NO ASIN number stated, only 0 50109 -5415 -2 2 If you want the original 1962 Mowtown Hit, do NOT purchase this listed CD item. You WILL be extremely Dis-satisfied as I am. This listed CD is definately NOT for collectors, unless you only want the CD photo 'Cover-ART.' [...]

NOTE: This CD does NOT faature the 1962 original Hit version of the 'Title' Song: DO YOU LOVE ME!!!There is also a 1981, 1988 Mowtown CD "MOTD-5415" which has a very poor, and 'Disco-style' Unoriginal 6:33 minute reissue 1st track DO YOU LOVE ME. This CD, MOTD-5415 is a 1981, 1988 compilation. If you want the real Genuine song "DO YOU LOVE ME" Do NOT purchase this CD. ...

The Contours, one BIG HIT,

The Contours: Mowtown R&B, Do You Love Me CD.There are at least 2 CD versions, same title. The original HIT track is 2:52. On the CD I got via 'seller', aka: mrmusic has an Unlisted 6:33 'discoized' poor version of the hit title song, the rest sound more like Smokey Robinson [Mowtown], who composed many of the original Contours tracks. The CD MOTD 5415 is not the original Do You Love Me 1962 HIT. I'd suggest do NOT buy the MOTD 5415.

This album is by far the best album ive heard by the contours.The music is great and the sound is superb.I forgot just how great cd music can sound,with carful engineering.The sound is open clean and extremely dynamic.I consider this album a must have for your record collection...I thank you Stewart L.
