This is a great album, but if you expect a totally serious Celtic album and don't like humor, stay away. Lalla Rookh has an infectious humor in concert and some of these songs bring them right off the stage: Blood Wedding has to be my favorite, with Two Sisters and Cuckoo's Nest coming in right behind. There are wonderful serious, traditional songs but the humorous songs by far blow them away.
Just a little warning for those actually afraid of the bawdy - Blood Wedding and Cuckoo's Nest have their moments. LOL. Actually, Cuckoo's Nest is the ultimate bawdy song.
