No it's fully self contained

No you don't have to charge or put in batteries. The camera is sealed in a waterproof clear case. All you need to do is move the rotating dial on top to take the next picture. Take picture. Repeat until camera is done.

No. It's a disposable film camera. No batteries.

You do not have to charge it. It has an internal battery just like all other disposable cameras.

No you do not. Use like the old time disposable cameras.

No you do not have to charge this camera. This a regular disposable camera, just with a protective waterproof case. If you want to purchase it, but want to see what it looks like, they should have them at regular retail stores such as Walgreens, Walmart, CVS, etc. This will give you a better idea of what they look like up close.
