After reading reviews of the medium sized model, I opted for the large. It is nicely shaped and slides in well. But that is also the problem with this unit. It slides out as well.

The vibrator is powerful, but the shape does not seem to reach the right spot.

However, the units tendency to slide out, means that you need to use your hands to hold the toy in place. This greatly limits extended periods of insertion.

Wearing tight shorts hels, but the unit still slip out an inch or two. There is no "waist" on the device to hold it in place.

I would not recommend this for most users.

I have had this toy for about a year now, and it is definitely one of my favorites. The part going inside is a little bit stiff, but the rest of it is pretty soft and flexible. When I first got it, it did feel a little bit larger than was I was used to, but it got more comfortable with time. The vibration is quiet and works great. The vibration functions at four different levels and the first two are very weak, but the other two are stronger. Now that it's something I have become accustomed to it is very comfortable, and is very good in the bedroom.

Like others have mentioned it wont stay in on its own. I would have to agree that it would be nice if it were molded to better stay in place, but the point of it being a "Pleasure Wand" is that it's easy to move for an all encompassing massage. It doesn't sit perfectly on that right spot, but with some massage like movements it can be incredible.

Like the other review, I agree, It slides in easy but it also slides out too. Vibe is great on it. The material could be a little softer.
