The End of the Tail,
By Seaux Sweet (Baton Rouge, LA USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Doc Johnson Pony Play Whip with Medium Butt Plug (Health and Beauty)
We were only able to use the tail once. It was comfortable, and we did have fun with it. However, while removing the tail, the hairs came out of the plug...all of them! Along with a sticky tarry black substance (the glue?) which got all over EVERYTHING. We were very disappointed that we were not able to use it again.

Still needs work... but decent price. I'd give it a "C.",
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Doc Johnson Pony Play Whip with Medium Butt Plug (Health and Beauty)
First of all, let me say that, on sale, this device was marked at $15.26. Keeping in mind that the majority of nice tails I've seen are between $49.99 for (a glass one which you can see here: [...]) and for approximately $120.92 usd ( a metal one with real horse hair seen here: [..] ), I was already expecting something fun but nothing particularly glamorous. Bearing that in mind, I made the purchase.
First, the butt plug itself. The rubber is easy enough to clean though I would have liked some other color choices besides "cherry red" (black works but purple makes me sqwee). It was a little larger than I expected, even after reading the size chart, and in retrospect I may have been better off going to a small due to wanting to keep it in for a longer duration. However, that's nothing some "training" can't help fix and is no major concern. My main focus, in regards to the plug itself, is that the rubber feels "loose." "How," might you ask, "does the rubber feel loose? Isn't it all one large piece of rubber?" Well... no. Not really. There seems to be an outer and an inner part. The inner part (underneath the bright red) has a solid mass and form whereas the outer red rubber is "loose" around it. Personally, I don't like how it feels like I'm shoving too different bits of rubber into my night star, primarily because it's disconcerting when one part of it moves but the other doesn't, but perhaps others might not care or I may have just gotten a fluke. The other focus, as one of the other reviews mentioned, is about the tail hairs being pulled out and a tar like glue substance left behind. Thanks to that review, I was expecting and watching out for a similar happenstance. True enough, pulling on the strands (not yanking, not tugging, not even straining) can slip the hairs out as one mass clump, somewhat joined together at the top. It CAN be slid in again, with enough care you don't break the mass joining at the top and don't mind your fingers being covered in sticky, not fun bedroom messes. Still, for $15.26, I had already some options considered should this yucky situation occur: 1)Put hot glue in the plug and insert hairs: Haven't tried it yet myself, mainly concerned for how the hot glue might affect the plug. 2) Duct tape: No... NOT duct tape the tails to the plug. Rather, duct tape the mass of hairs at the top and wedge it back into the hole. Figured that way, you could have options of having the hairs in or out. Not tried this method yet because I'm thinking more on doing the third. 3) Make your own tail and put it in: Why not? The hole is there, the anal plug is designed for a tail... why not make your own and attach it? Why not figure out a way to make several and make them interchangeable? Granted, at that point, you may be exceeding your expected spending price on supplies... but the possibilities are kind of fun. All in all, I'd grant this product a "C" based effort. For the price, I wasn't expecting too much but it's not really something I'd go advising others to buy unless they were well aware of the sticky glue and potential for needing to do some arts and crafts to get it the way they'd like. But, hey, if you like arts and crafts and sex toys, this might be a great product for you!

What fun was had by all. This leave a nice lil ting on the behind. And yet it allows one to work up a nice firm swish too. Love it!
